Richard is a proven business builder with extensive  experience in the private investment, manufacturing  and food sectors.

Richard’s food industry career began in the 1960s at  the Fulcrum Group of private companies in the role of  General Managerfor Dairy Products Packaging.  Between 1971 and 1991, he developed and sold  multiple ventures, including a privately ownedfood  packaging operation and catering interests.

In 1991, Richard acquired and became a significant  shareholder, Chairman, President and CEO of  Consoltex Group Inc., a textile manufacturing  company. Under his direction, Consoltex grew  organically and through acquisitions to employ over 7,500  employees  with  manufacturing  and/or distribution facilities in Canada, USA, Mexico, Costa  Rica, Germany and the UK.

During this period, Richard led 7 acquisitions, an IPO, a  high yield debt placing, and a public-to-private  transaction as part of Consoltex’s long-term strategy.  The company was sold in 2001.

Since 2002, Richard has been managing private  investments and consulting on various projects in a  broad range of areas including fintech, e-commerce  and horse breeding.

Oliver’s track record in M&A and investments has  primarily focused on private investment funds and  family offices with transactions totaling over $1 billion  and investments of $100+ million.

He often sits on advisory boards, assisting with  strategy, team building, international expansion and  maximizing shareholder value.

He recently concluded the OTCQB listing of Gaming  Technologies, Inc., where he represents the largest  shareholding and brought in the key strategic partner.  The company has gone from startup to a $75M+  valuation.

Oliver worked under his father, Richard Harry Willett,  for 5 years at Consoltex (USA) Inc. His roles included  M&A and strategic initiatives in Mexico. He ultimately  led a subsidiary manufacturing operation in Mexico  City that exported to the US and Canada. During that  time, Oliver often worked closely with one of the  original architects of the Terra Sana project, Jesus  Lopez, who managed 2,600 employees across the  company’s 6 Mexico-based manufacturing plants.

Oliver has a degree in Accounting and Finance and  graduated from London Business School with an MBA.  In his spare time, he’s a keen ski-mountaineer with  treks to rare descents in the French Alps, Arctic  Norway and Greenland.

Mauricio started his professional career in 1988 as an  Audit Assistant at Price Waterhouse (PwC) in Mexico  and was rapidly promoted to Audit Manager.

In 1995, he joined Consoltex, the textile manufacturing  company acquired in 1991 by Terra Sana’s Chairman,  Richard Harry Willett. As CFO for Consoltex Mexico,  Mauricio specialized in M&A and financial and  operations restructures.

As CFO for Terra Sana, Mauricio’s role includes  preparation of all operating and financial reporting to  the Board of Directors, with primary responsibility for  the planning, managing and running of all finance-budgeting, forecasting, identification of risks and  opportunities, tracking cash flows, and overseeing legal  and taxation issues.

He is also responsible for the company’s IT systems  while ensuring the necessary internal controls and  processes are in place.

Mauricio’s career experience also includes managing  Finance, Taxation, Treasury, Controlling, Legal and IT  functions for MANTruck & Bus Mexico starting in  2008. From 2012 to 2017, he was responsible for all  finance-related functions and a JV takeoverat MAN  Trucks India as CFO.

Lucy successfully lead major brand redesigns and new product launches as Group Account Director at Jones Knowels Ritchie Global, UK. Working with clients; Heinz, Mars Inc. Masterfoods, John West, Speedo, Molton Brown, she was engaged on some  of the world's most iconic Brands; Mars, M&M's, Uncle Ben's, Dolmio, Seeds of Change, Heinz Ketchup, Beans, Soups.  At the core of Lucy's work has been the knowledge that successful companies, the ones we know and will continue to know, are those whose Vision and Mission is prevalent at  every level and aspect of the business.  Brand design and marketing are an integral extension of these.   Lucy’s professionalism, talent and capacity for work has helped to guide clients through the process of delivering clear, eye-catching design for their brands and products, helping consumers choose them quickly, happily and confidently.   Lucy excels at strategic brand development and its integration within strategic business development. 

Bill is a founder and principal of Macdonald Tuskey,  Corporate and Securities Lawyers, a boutique securities and corporate finance firm in Vancouver, Canada. He was formerly a partner with Clark Wilson  LLP and a member of the firm's Corporate Finance /  SecuritiesPractice Group.He currently serves as a director of Black Lion Capital  Corp., a capital pool company on the TSX Venture  Exchange (TSXV) and is a director of Viscount Mining  Corp. on theTSXV.Bill was formerly a director and the President of  Blackbird Energy Inc. (now Pipestone Energy Inc.), an oil and gas exploration company listed on the TSXV.He was also formerly a director of First Americas Gold  Corporation (formerly Pannonia Ventures Corp.), Black  Springs Capital Corp.and Benz Capital Corp, former capital pool companies that completed their qualifying  transactions, and a director of CSE-listed Patriot  PetroleumCorp., (now Standard LithiumInc.) and  Sillcanna Inc. (now Sativa Wellness Group Inc.).Bill is currently the Chairman of the Board of the non-  profit Canucks Autism Network, and is a member of  the Law Society of British Columbia and of the New  York State Bar.
